Ann, was wonderful to work with to get my Nana's headstone completed. From start to finish she answered what I felt was silly questions to serious ones. She handled all of the work required to have the headstone placed in Banff. She kept me in the loop with everything, and when I had second thoughts on things she showed me the other options and helped me and my family make the best decision. My nana has a very beautiful headstone now thanks to all the assistance.
